Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the finance function. This role offers the opportunity to build on your finance experience while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What you’ll do:
Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash allocation
Support month-end processes and reporting
Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries
You’ll work closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using accounting software and Excel
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
