We are currently looking to speak with experienced Real Estate Lawyers who specialise in residential development for an interim opportunity with a leading legal team. This role will support a busy period for a real estate legal team based in Cardiff. The team offers flexible working arrangements in the lead-up to the end of the year and into early. This position falls under IR35 regulations, and they are looking for a lawyer who can start in early November.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years PQE in real estate law
2. Strong experience in residential development transactions
3. Confident handling: Drafting and negotiating option agreements, “Golden brick” transactions and Development title reports
4. Able to work independently and manage own caseload
