What you’ll earn

What you’ll do — at a glance
60% Customer Service & Order Processing 40% Inside Sales & Growth
• Process sales & purchase orders quickly and accurately
• Schedule engineer visits, answer technical queries and keep customers updated
• Create shipping paperwork for UK & international deliveries
• Handle service-contract admin and renewals
• Proactively quote and sell spare parts to inbound enquiries
• Upsell and renew Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Track open quotes, chase decisions and log wins in Mondaydotcom
• Join a weekly sales huddle: review figures, spot gaps and suggest campaigns
Your core responsibilities
*
Own the order cycle – from quotation to invoicing – for parts, services and contracts.
*
Grow revenue by following up warm leads, recommending upgrades and converting renewals.
*
Coordinate engineers: finalise diaries, prepare job sheets and relay customer feedback.
*
Keep data clean in Mondaydotcom and Sage; produce basic sales reports for management.
*
Support our Dublin branch with admin tasks and the rollout of new field-service software.
What you’ll bring:
*
2+ years in an office-based admin, customer-service or inside-sales role (B2B preferred).
*
Confidence talking to production managers and engineers and turning enquiries into orders.
*
Solid grasp of order processing; familiarity with basic import/export paperwork (training given).
*
Comfortable using Mondaydotcom or similar workflow/CRM tools; MS Office whizz.
*
A hands-on, “all-for-one” attitude suited to a small, busy team.
