What you'll be doing
* Taking full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and trusts
* Acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax planning and advisory matters
* Leading and developing a team, providing guidance and technical support
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a key point of contact
* Identifying opportunities to expand services and add value across the portfolio
* Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the office
What we're looking for
* Strong background in private client tax within a practice environment
* Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level
* Confidence in handling complex advisory work independently
* Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
* Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth
* CTA or equivalent qualification would be expected
