Office Coordinator.\nLancashire.\nCompetitive salary.\nDKF are representing a leading asbestos removal company who are now seeking an Office Coordinator for their Lancashire-based office. Operating across the North West, the company delivers specialist asbestos services and has built a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and efficiency.\nThis full-time position offers working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and presents an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.\nWhat your core responsibilities would be:\n * Support daily office operations and communication between office and site teams.\n * Manage compliance documentation and ensure regulatory requirements are met.\n * Order and track PPE, RPE, and equipment to support field operations.\n * Maintain accurate records for jobs, training, and site paperwork.\n * Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries.\n * Assist with scheduling, HSE notifications, and general admin tasks.\nTo be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:\n * Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.\n * Experience working within a similar role ideally within the asbestos sector.\n * Strong attention to detail.\n * Excellent communication skills.\n * Highly organised with good time management.\n * Proactive and adaptable as every day will be
