This is a Hybrid role based at Barton‑upon‑Humber 3 days a week.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and you must hold valid Right to Work in the UK when applying.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of needs and priorities.
* Define and maintain a clear, prioritised list of work that aligns with strategic objectives.
* Translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
* Continuously refine upcoming work to ensure clarity, feasibility, and readiness for delivery.
* Make day‑to‑day prioritisation decisions based on business value, user feedback, and technical input.
* Collaborate with delivery leads, UX, and QA to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
* Own the delivery rhythm (e.g., sprint planning, review, backlog refinement) alongside the team.
* Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure transparency of work in progress and planned work.
* Evaluate the impact of delivered work and adapt future priorities based on feedback and performance.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
* Strong experience working in agile delivery environments.
* Proven track record of owning and shaping technical workstreams or digital product outcomes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to balance differing priorities.
* Comfortable working closely with developers, analysts, and testers on a daily basis.
* Experience breaking down large pieces of work into structured deliverables.
* Ability to understand both technical detail and high-level business objectives.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira is beneficial.
