The Team You will be a cornerstone of a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary medical ecosystem at sea. Clinical governance and protocol are strictly overseen by an onboard Lead British Doctor. Your daily operations will be fully supported by expert Physiotherapists alongside a highly collaborative, Western-trained nursing team.
The Safety Delivering hospital-grade concierge medicine at sea requires uncompromised focus and continuous peer support. To ensure absolute patient safety and protect our medical staff from fatigue, all clinical operations adhere strictly to a double-nurse shift system. You will never practice alone; a highly qualified clinical peer will always be actively on duty by your side.
Requirements
The Requirements
* Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
* Clinical Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-acuity Acute Care background (ICU / ER / A&E).
* Language Proficiency: Native or C1 fluency in English.
* Professional Profile: Impeccable clinical judgment, supreme adaptability to luxury environments, and absolute discretion within an ultra-high-net-worth household.
