We have a fantastic opportunity for a management consultant (1-5 years experience) to work as part of our dynamic Online team to grow our project and strategy division. You will be based in our head office with the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern, there may also be times when you would be required to carry out some tasks from our online stores. In this role, you will use your consultancy foundation to develop our short and medium term strategy, and then deliver the projects which enable this. Retail is fast paced and you will need to be comfortable delivering in short time scales; willing to roll your sleeves up to hit timelines. You will work with stakeholders across the business to understand key problem statements and then translate these into opportunities. Your passion to deliver a high level of customer service will help to keep customers coming back will be key to your success and will be at the heart of every project or vision you deliver - whether that's across market share growth, EBITDA improvement or customer experience. Applicants will be based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of three days per week. There may also be times when you would need to travel further to visit our stores and stay overnight to support our stores or new initiatives or trials. You'll be responsible for things like; Defining short, medium and long term strategic objectives and plans Running multiple projects at once, impacting millions of customers and thousands of colleagues Supporting our colleagues centrally in designing and delivering businesses cases Managing both Opex and Capex budgets About you You'll need skills and experience like this; 1-5 years of experience within consulting.
