Key Responsibilities
As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will:
Lead, manage, and support a team of Purchasing Coordinators
Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to develop team capability
Drive team performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
Handle escalated purchasing and supply chain issues
Analyse and present procurement data, pricing, and performance insights
Lead pricing reviews, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements
Ensure efficient and effective purchasing xsngvjr operations and supply chain processes
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in purchasing / procurement / supply chain roles
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent people management, coaching, and influencing skills
Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations
CIPS Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
