Are you a registered Pharmacy Technician looking to expand your leadership skills and develop your career? We are a busy, fully automated Hospital Pharmacy department caring for patients and visitors to the Isle of Wight.
We are looking for a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to work with in our ward medicine services and provide technical leadership in the dispensary. Applicants must have excellent communication and people skills, be able to manage difficult situations, be empathetic, flexible and able to work under pressure. The ability to prioritise work and use your own initiative is vital. We require an accredited Accuracy Checking qualification.

Qualifications and criteria
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with accredited Accuracy Checking qualification.
* Prior experience in customer services, leadership and patient-facing roles is desirable.
* Excellent communication and people skills; ability to manage difficult situations; empathy; flexibility; ability to work under pressure; ability to prioritise and use initiative.
