Job Title : Community Neuro P hysiotherapist - Barts NHS Trust Banding : 5 Location : London Start: ASAP Duration : Full time Rate : £ 24 - £ 35 Working hours: Monday – Friday, (37.5hrs per week) We are seeking experienced and dedicated Band 6 and 7 Community Neuro Physiotherapists to join our team at Barts NHS Trust. This role involves providing specialized neuro physiotherapy services to patients within the community. What will your responsibilities be : As a Band 6 or 7 Community Neuro Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive neuro physiotherapy services within the community. Your duties will include conducting detailed assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our neuro physiotherapy services. Additionally, you will be involved in discharge planning and liaising with community services to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC registration Previous experience in neuro physiotherapy Strong clinical skills and knowledge in neurological conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development Ability to manage a varied caseload Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using neuro physiotherapy assessment tools and techniques Why work with Pulse?
