ThunderSoft, a leading provider of OS technologies, solutions, and services, is looking for an Aftermarket Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities
* Conduct localization testing independently in your region.
* Follow test cases efficiently and deliver accurate, reliable results.
* Track and resolve issues found during testing, ensuring a complete resolution.
* Work with R&D to debug regional or intermittent issues and provide effective log data.
* Provide on-site support to users for regional problem resolution.
* Develop and refine test cases specific to the region.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in communication systems or related fields.
* Knowledge of local network structures, operator details, and related information.
* Experience with debugging tools like ADB and QXDM is preferred.
* Familiarity with Android systems and basic testing methods.
* Prior experience in mobile phone localization testing is preferred.
