The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll join a high-performing direct client acquisition team, setting the standard for new business and expansion. You’ll own the full outbound sales cycle — from first cold outreach through to signed contracts. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll be supported by a Sales Ops Lead providing enriched data, advanced tooling, and outbound playbooks to help you consistently exceed targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Scale-up mentality
* 5+ years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS
* Skilled in qualification, objection handling, and closing under pressure
* Strong communicator with resilience, curiosity, and coachability
* Track record in SaaS
What You’ll Do
* Own and progress early-stage pipeline from enriched contacts to signed deals
* Qualify, pitch, and close first-time opportunities across target markets
* Maintain urgency, activity levels, and consistent follow-up
* Collaborate with Sales Ops Lead on messaging, sequencing, and performance optimisation
* Deliver consultative, value-based sales conversations that drive measurable impact
* Forecast accurately and consistently hit targets
