For more information, please visit www.charlestaylor.com The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial team as a Client Reporting Analyst. In this position, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while managing a variety of stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating data extraction from various databases, and providing insightful analysis, ensuring CT meets its client SLA/KPI reporting requirements. Additionally, you will interact with internal staff to gather requirements, prioritise tasks, and communicate client needs effectively. Your role will also involve the coordination of and compiling of 'Request for Information' documents and responses to client Due Diligence questionnaires, ensuring they are presented professionally and accurately. You will coordinate the preparation of responses, managing all aspects of the tender process to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain key internal relationships are essential. Key Responsibilities You will be required to have a full understanding of the data, systems and client requirements, using this knowledge to take ownership of producing and delivering a number of monthly and quarterly reports, for delivery to clients accurately and in a timely manner. Ownership, collation and the timely delivery of high quality and accurate monthly and quarterly reports to clients, meeting SLAs/KPIs Validate data accuracy and completeness in reports, confirming compliance with agreed client Service Levels Effectively communicate client needs to stakeholders across the business to meet both current and future reporting requirements. Draft and maintain documentation for reporting requirements and processes for all regular reporting and ensuring that best practice is established and followed Build and maintain key internal relationships with other parts of the business to support effective processes introducing automation where possible Active participation in meetings demonstrating a focus on delivering an excellent client focused service Support other ad-hoc client reporting initiatives as required Coordinate the completion of client questionnaires for client Due Diligence and Requests for Information, ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to a high standard Proof read and edit material to ensure responses are presented in a professional and concise manner Review and enhance existing commercial materials to prepare for future tenders and due diligence exercises Values Our values define who we are, what we stand for and how we behave.
