Whether you’re helping to\ncreate a traditional Sunday lunch, presenting our popular afternoon\ntea or helping to create a menu for one of our themed events taking\npart in creating a five-course tasting menu to accompany the fine\nwines from our cellars, as our Chef De Partie you’ll deliver food\nthat keeps our customers coming back for more.

With a newly created menu for each season, the menu is\nmodern yet full of classical English charm. The elegant décor and\nrelaxed atmosphere make the perfect setting for a unique and\nspecial dining experience.

The Chef De\nPartie will work closely with the rest of the\nteam to produce consistently outstanding food during\nservice.
You’ll also assist with everything from\nstock ordering, stock rotation, ensuring absolute cleanliness and\norder is in accordance with HACCP rules and Audley Company\nProcedures. Finally helping the management team to develop new\ndishes and menus you will be a vital member of this small, talented\nteam.
The Ideal Candidate:\n
1. A proven history of\nrunning a section of the kitchen, managing food deliveries &\nstock control.
2. Food Hygiene Certificate Level\n2 (preferred).
3. Experience of stock\nordering.
4. Good level of
