With a strong pipeline of planned works and a reliable supply chain delivering major materials directly to site, this is an excellent opportunity for a Wet Room Fitter looking for ongoing, stable work within the social housing sector.

As a Wet Room Fitter, you will be:
Completing full wet room installations from start to finish
Working within occupied social housing properties across the West Midlands
Carrying out associated building and adaptation works as required
Collecting consumables and smaller materials from local suppliers when needed
Coordinating works around delivered trays, sanitaryware, and site schedules
Completing patch plastering and making good where possible
Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service on siteI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Proven experience completing end-to-end wet room installations
Experience working within occupied or customer-facing environments
Their own van suitable for carrying tools and materials
A willingness to travel across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stafford, and surrounding areas
A CSCS card (preferred, with at least one operative required to hold one)
Plastering or patch repair experience, although this is not essentialThe Wet Room Fitter role is offering the following benefits:
£200 per day depending on experience and output
Flexible pay structure with day rate or price work available
