What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * To support and provide an effective procurement service to operations and the Garrison in accordance with ADSL policies, processes and procedures. * Assist with the implementation and roll out of changes to Procurement policies, processes and procedures whilst offering proposals for further improvements based on business requirements. * Support, develop and utilise IFS reporting and metrics to aid in improvement activities internally and externally. * Ensure that governance requirements outlined in the Levels of Authority document are fully satisfied. * Support the operational team(s) in any management of suppliers, and if necessary, escalating issues concerning supplier performance. * Work with suppliers, and operational team(s) to ensure value for money and contractual obligations are met. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Educated to A-Levels or similar. * Experience: Experience in a Procurement Administration role, and of managing suppliers and working alongside operational teams. Experience in sourcing, negotiation and supplier relationship management, and understanding of utilising MRP systems. Familiarity of effectively communicating with all stakeholder levels. * Skills: Organised, result-driven, and confident team player with strong interpersonal skills. Builds positive relationships, shows respect, and delivers objectives. Highly proficient in MRP systems and Microsoft Office. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
