To commission and coordinate personalised and outcome-led packages of support that promote independence.
To work in partnership with service users, carers, family members, third sector organisations, and health partners to provide holistic support.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organisation.
This is a fixed-term position until 30/09/2026.

Requirements
This post involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent 3 or more months outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. The offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
