Overview
Our HR and Payroll Shared Service supports Boston Borough Council, South Holland District Council, East Lindsey District Council, and PSPS. We deliver centralised transactional HR services, including payroll, systems, and data, alongside specialisms in Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Resourcing. Our team operates across three core offices and embraces hybrid working.
For our clients we maintain response and work priorities through Service Level agreement and annually agree key projects and deliverables. For PSPS we also offer the same core HR services but also develop our own strategic people priorities through our People Plan.
Over the last few years we’ve worked with our partnership councils to align processes, systems, policies and terms, and have made great progress. All of the employers we work with are committed to supporting their workforce and working collaboratively with unions. We’re about enabling managers and employees and delivering services that ultimately support our Council’s residents and communities.
