Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
* Lead, motivate and support front‑of‑house teams
* Deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer queries professionally
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety and company procedures
* Support staff training, onboarding and development
* Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling and daily admin
About You:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Calm, organised and confident during busy services
* Passion for hospitality and guest service
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
