Location: England & Wales. Salary: £26,066 per year. Contract: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week).

We're looking for a Sales & Support Administrator to help us deliver excellent customer service and support income generation across Advance HE.

You will work closely with our sales and customer teams to ensure all pricing and costing for our membership, products, and services are accurate, timely, and consistent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys following clear processes, pays strong attention to detail, and wants to improve how things are done.


Responsibilities

* Use costing and pricing tools daily, following all agreed procedures and targets.
* Collaborate with teams across Advance HE to ensure all costing and pricing work is accurate and completed on time.
* Handle customer and member queries, directing them to the right teams quickly.
* Spot new business leads and follow them through the sales process.
* Pass on engagement opportunities to account managers or other relevant teams.
* Process customer orders efficiently and help ensure a smooth, professional experience.
* Support reporting on all sales and income, making sure data is accurate for good decision-making.
* Continue learning about Advance HE's membership, products, and services to better support the wider team.


Qualifications

* Experience working as part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality results.
* Proven ability to support sales and engagement plans that generate leads and opportunities.
* Experience using costing and pricing tools for income-generating work.
* Strong background in customer service and sales support.
* Interest and curiosity about the higher education sector in the UK and internationally.
