The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to appoint an experienced, compassionate and highly organised Support to Study Coordinator to play a central role in the operational delivery of the University’s Student Support and Safety framework.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Student Life Directorate at a significant point of institutional development, following the approval of the University’s new Student Support and Safety Policy Suite, including:
The role sits at the heart of the University’s commitment to student continuation, safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing.
Working closely with the Head of Support to Study and Director of Student Life, you will coordinate the operational management of complex student support concerns, ensuring that students are supported through timely, proportionate and legally compliant processes.
You will coordinate weekly Cause for Concern Panels, triage referrals, support Stage 1 and Stage 2 interventions, and play a key role in the delivery of the University’s new Fit to Train framework for professional programme students.
