We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Windows-based systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, user support, security configuration, and performance tuning in enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022).

* Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.

* Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

* Perform system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows platforms.

* Apply security patches and system updates regularly to maintain system integrity.

* Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and configurations.

* Support virtualization environments (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).

* Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Manage and monitor Windows-based applications and services (IIS, SQL Server, etc.).

* Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.


Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* 3+ years of experience in Windows System Administration.

* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.

* Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

* Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.

* Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, etc.).

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or similar).

* Experience with Office 365, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory.

* Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

* Experience in managing SCCM, WSUS, and other deployment tools.


Work Environment:

* Hybrid / On-site depending on business needs.

* Must be available for on-call support and after-hours maintenance when necessary.
