Driver Hire East London is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of a reputable wholesale company based in Barking.
Role Details:
1. Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (12-week temporary period)
2. Shifts: Monday to Friday, day shifts – 5am /6am start time
3. Pay Rate (Temp): £16 – £18 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay, PAYE)
4. Permanent Salary: Competitive salary package
Key Responsibilities:
5. Safe and efficient delivery of goods to wholesale clients
6. Perform vehicle checks and complete delivery paperwork
7. Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
8. Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
9. CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
10. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
11. Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas
