An exciting vacancy has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in developing their Critical Care skills.
The purpose-built Critical Care Unit in Glangwili General Hospital is looking for a Band 5 Registered Nurse. The vacancy is a fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover maternity, with a day and night rotation.
Main duties of the job
* Gain experience in the care of critically ill patients undergoing various critical care interventions.
* Demonstrate some knowledge of Critical Care Nursing, or a willingness to develop skills further.
* Play an integral role in integrating critical care across Glangwili.
* Use evidence-based practice and be proactive in managing change.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a readiness to innovate and develop nursing within a team approach.
* Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential; English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.
