Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join a busy customer service team based in East Kilbride. This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 weeks, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a polite and professional manner
* Supporting the wider customer service team with general administrative duties
* Managing emails and responding to customer enquiries
* Data entry and updating internal systems
* Preparing and maintaining documentation using Microsoft Office
Requirements
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Strong customer service skills
* Good IT skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite
* Organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Location: East Kilbride
