Were now looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead one of our dynamic branches. If youre enthusiastic about travel, motivated by sales, and experienced in coaching others, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do: Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
Drive team performance to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Provide hands-on coaching, support, and motivation to your team
Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Represent the branch at local events and promote offers via social media
Achieve personal sales and development goals while helping your team grow
What Were Looking For: Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant with a strong sales record
A natural leader who can coach and inspire a team
Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
Passionate about travel with excellent product knowledge
Organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative
