Part-Time Administrator - Construction Company

⏰ Hours: Part-time (approx. 20-25 hours per week, flexible)
💷 Salary: £28000 to 30,000 per annum (pro rata)
The Role
Our client, a well-established construction company based in Dartford, is seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support their busy office.
This is a varied role with involvement in administrative processes, project support, and preparation of quotations.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support to management
Managing emails, phone enquiries and general correspondence
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Assisting with pricing documentation and gathering information for quotes
Maintaining accurate records and document control
Supporting project and tender documentation (experience beneficial but not essential)
Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts administration
Updating internal systems and spreadsheetsAbout You
Previous administrative experience (construction experience advantageous)
Comfortable working with figures and preparing quotations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
