Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold and shared ownership)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and cost-effectively
* Handle client enquiries professionally (face-to-face, remote and telephone)
* Meet agreed fee income targets and contribute to business performance
* Support and mentor assistants and paralegals
* Utilise web-based case management systems effectively
About You
* Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven experience as a fee earner managing your own workload
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and client care skills
