What we are looking for An excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning to inspire, nurture and guide pupils of all abilities Proven ability to manage pupils in positive ways, maintaining a 'Calm School' and modelling dignity in every situation. Ability and experience to teach at a ‘good plus’ level within a classroom, including assessment and feedback Have very high expectations of achievement and behaviour and have energy, enthusiasm, drive and determination to raise standards Commitment to modelling Floreat's character virtues in order to grow these across the school community.
