Infrastructure Project Manager - Workplace Technology & Rollout London | 4 days onsite 5-month initial contract with potential extension
We're currently supporting a well-established London-based property and workspace organisation on a key technology transformation programme across its estate.
This role will play a key part in delivering a series of infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives, initially focused on Wi-Fi migrations, authentication solutions, and customer portal deployment across multiple sites, before moving into broader internal technology and web application rollouts.
The environment is highly stakeholder-driven, so this role would suit someone who is confident operating across both technical and business teams, able to manage delivery at pace, and comfortable bringing users and site teams along the journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and workplace technology projects across multiple London sites* Coordinating Wi-Fi migrations, authentication deployments, and customer-facing portal implementations* Supporting future internal technology and web application deployments across the estate* Managing 3rd party vendors, MSPs, engineers, and delivery partners* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, site teams, and end users* Managing project plans, RAID logs, timelines, risks, issues, and governance reporting* Driving delivery across live operational environments with minimal disruption to users and customers
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Proven Infrastructure / IT Project Management experience* Experience delivering multi-site rollout or deployment programmes* Exposure to Wi-Fi, network, workplace technology, or infrastructure projects* Experience supporting internal systems, application, or web portal deployments* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills* Experience managing vendors / MSPs and coordinating cross-functional teams* A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strong organisational skills
