Field Service Engineer – Lincolnshire Region Location: Lincolnshire (Field-Based) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Day Shift Monday to Friday On-Call Requirement: Included (Rota-Based) Salary: Negotiable DOE An established and respected industry leader in specialist communication systems is seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated service team, covering the Lincolnshire area. Key Responsibilities: Attend customer sites to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of communication systems (including Warden Call, Nurse Call, and Door Entry). Carry out reactive and planned maintenance visits with a focus on customer service and technical excellence. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota providing emergency support. Complete detailed reports outlining site issues, root causes, and recommended solutions. Deliver product training to end-users as required. Maintain close collaboration with internal teams including Customer Service, Service Support, and regional Sales Managers. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times. Represent company values and uphold professional ethics in all interactions. Candidate Profile: Hands-on experience with Warden Call, Nurse Call, or Door Entry systems is essential for this position. Tunstall Experience is desirable for this position. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus. Practical, adaptable, and able to learn new systems quickly. Self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision. Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Willingness to travel and be part of an on-call support schedule, including out-of-hours work.
