Part Time Office Administrator (Temporary)
Hourly Rate: £11.44
The Company:
Pertemps is recruiting for a Part Time Office Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a chemical engineering company in the Dudley area.
The Role:
To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
2. Process, file, and manage documentation efficiently.
3. Liaise with other employees and departments within the company.
4. Support other departments during sickness or holiday absences.
5. Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
6. Create, process, and follow up on invoices.
7. Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Be highly organized, enthusiastic, and a team player.
9. Prioritize workloads to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
10. Work effectively under pressure, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
11. Use Microsoft Office packages confidently, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
