This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working and free parking available.Job Title: Credit ControllerStart Date: ASAP/Can wait for notice periodDuration: 12 Month Fixed Term ContractLocation: North-East BristolSalary: £27,000 - £28,500 (DOE)Working Pattern: Full time hours, 37.5 hours across the week. Hybrid working is 3 days in the office, 2 from home post training periodWhat the role involves:Chase and collect overdue/missed payments via telephone, letter and emailDealing with/solving queries on invoices both internally and externallyEnsuring that all customers requiring additional assistance are supported correctlyDelivering a high level of customer serviceComplying with all relevant policies and proceduresCollaborating with the wider business to achieve objectives set outSkills & Experience needed:Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering great customer serviceGreat time management, planning and organisational skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to work well under pressureBig team player!Computer literateRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
