Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Accurately managing and maintaining bagging data, while supporting related operational processes
2. Recording and monitoring shrinkage across all Terminal locations
3. Managing the end-to-end tank order process, from receipt through to delivery
4. Maintaining and updating the tank database within SAP to ensure data accuracy
5. Processing orders for equipment and spare parts in a timely and efficient manner
6. Coordinating contractor services supporting the delivery of liquid fertiliser
7. Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices in line with internal controls
8. Acting as a key point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to queries from Terminal Operators
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
9. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications)
10. Basic proficiency in Excel, with confidence handling data and spreadsheets
11. Relevant office or administrative experience, ideally within an operational or supply chain environment
12. Experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems) would be an advantage
13. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
14. A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks
