Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only + 5 INSET days

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and inclusive PE Instructor or qualified PE Teacher in Luton who thrives on encouraging physical activity, teamwork, and confidence in young people within the education and training sector. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accessible and inclusive PE lessons and outdoor learning experiences to pupils aged 7-16
* Support pupils in achieving progress relative to their individual starting points, both physically and socially
* Plan safe, creative sessions that promote teamwork, self-confidence, physical literacy, and wellbeing
* Collaborate with classroom staff and therapists to integrate physical learning with personal development goals
* Monitor and track pupils' progress, adapting activities to meet diverse needs and abilities
What We're Looking For:
* A relevant degree or teaching qualification (QTS required for the Teacher of PE route)
* Experience working with children or young people, preferably in SEN, PRU, or inclusive settings
* Understanding of inclusive PE practice, behaviour management, and trauma-informed support
* A flexible, proactive approach with a passion for physical activity and holistic development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
* Ability to commute to Luton
