Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Instagram & TikTok-first content strategies
2. Manage all social media channels ensuring brand consistency
3. Lead content creation collaborating with designers and videographers
4. Build influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns
5. Analyse trends, competitors, and metrics to optimise performance
6. Manage paid social campaigns and maximize ROI
7. Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging trends, trialling new content formats and engagement tactics
Candidate Requirements:
8. Social media management experience within beauty, fragrance or FMCG
9. Demonstrable TikTok expertise with deep algorithm and viral content knowledge
10. Strong content strategy and light content creation skills
11. Analytics-driven with paid social advertising experience
