Right now, we’re looking for an Account Manager with strong project management skills and a good understanding of what makes a stand-out marketing/advertising campaign.

What we're looking for.
Right now, we are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of Business Leadership, you’ll work collaboratively with our clients, creatives and strategists to create fully integrated marketing campaigns for major international brands.
An experienced Account Manager, we’ll need you to have a marketing / advertising agency background, but, most importantly, it’s your can-do attitude and approach we’re interested in.
You’ll be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting the job done, across on and offline channels, from initial concept to execution. You’re great taking and interrogating a client brief, pulling timing plans together, managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the team organised and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

Requirements
1. Detail: you’re all over it, all of the time.
2. Demonstrable experience in running a variety of projects across multiple channels, delivering on time and within budget.
3. Experience in driving projects through creative development, production, and delivery
4. Great under pressure
5. Agency background
6. Integrated marketing experience, ideally with experience delivering campaigns for multiple international markets.
7. Problem solver who can think on their feet and seek out new opportunities for the business and the clients.
8. A curious mindset
9. A collaborative, team-oriented approach
10. A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and seen a campaign from start to finish.
11. EQ is as important as IQ – you must have the empathy and enough experience to develop junior talent.
