Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partner, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. A Day in this role involves providing partner-level legal advisory services, managing client relationships, and overseeing legal cases. You will have the autonomy to build and manage your client base while working collaboratively with an innovative team committed to delivering excellence.

* Proficiency in client relationship management and business development.
* Ability to work independently, adapt to remote and flexible work settings, and maintain high professional standards.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in managing and growing a book of business.
* Qualified solicitor or legal practitioner with the ability to practice in the United Kingdom.
* Experience in working with fee-sharing models and providing high-quality client service is an advantage.
