Workingalongsideacollaborativeleadershipteam,youwillalsosupportasmallteamoftwo,improveinternalprocesses,andhelpdriveperformanceacrossbilling,projecttracking,andcashflow.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
* CollaboratewiththeOperationsteamtoensurecontractdeliveryalignswithclientexpectationsanddeadlines
* Monitorworkprogressandprepareaccuratejobreportsandvaluations
* Submitstructuredpaymentapplicationsinlinewithclientrequirements
* Generateandissuetimelyinvoices,ensuringclarityandaccuracy
* WorkcloselywithFinanceandOperationsteamstodriveprojectcompletionandcashcollection
* Manageanddevelopasmallinternalteam,providingtrainingandsupportasneeded
Essentialskills/experience
* Considerableexperienceinsalesinvoicing,includingknowledgeofVATcodes
* ExperienceinCISinvoicing
