We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help shape and deliver our marketing activity across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Deliver content plans across email, social media, blogs, collateral, print materials, and website updates Execute marketing campaigns for both prospects and existing customers Deliver engaging email campaigns focused on driving leads and nurturing relationships Support organic lead generation through content and SEO, including local (AIO) optimisation Create and maintain marketing collateral to support the sales team Update and optimise website content using WordPress. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns Support the wider lead generation process by helping execute campaigns that drive awareness and opportunities. Skills and Experience Strong understanding of the customer journey, lead generation, and marketing funnel Experience using HubSpot, email marketing tools, Canva, Adobe Express, WordPress. Excellent organisational and project management skills Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative Ideally able to make basic design adjustments using templates Preferably experienced within the estate agency or property industry Key Attributes Fast-paced delivery Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and deadlines matter.
