What you'll be doing:
* Preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals
* Undertaking research and site assessments
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Supporting senior planners and directors on complex projects
* Playing a key role in shaping planning strategies for a diverse portfolio
About you:
* Ideally 1-3 years' experience in a planning role (public or private sector)
* RTPI accredited degree or equivalent
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* A genuine interest in the planning system and how it shapes communities
