Join a long-established Chelsea Harbour practice known for high-end residential and heritage projects across London and internationally. This role is ideal for a design-led architect with strong sketching and 3D visualisation skills who enjoys shaping early-stage concepts on prestigious schemes.
Your Role
* Lead design from RIBA 0–3, developing briefs + concept direction
* Produce high-quality hand sketches + 3D visuals
* Work closely with Directors, delivery teams + consultants
* Oversee planning drawings + coordinate with the wider design team
* Prepare planning + listed building consent applications
What You’ll Need
* 5+ years post-Part III (UK experience essential)
* Strong track record on high-end residential or commercial/hotel projects (£5m+)
* Excellent sketching, 3D visualisation + spatial design skills
* Confident communicator with leadership ability
* Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp + Adobe Suite
