This is an exciting role with DPT South & West Social Care Team completing Care Act Assessments and providing information and advice to the people of South & West Devon. You will work closely with partner agencies, other Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists.
We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic who strives to support others to remain independent through a strengths-based and person-centred approach.
You will need to work to tight timescales in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with IT and time management skills, are essential.
