Location: Medway Area, Kent
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + Performance Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No Saturdays or Sundays)

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our aftersales department and the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Experience: Managing check-ins, vehicle handovers, and providing regular repair updates.
* Workshop Liaison: Creating accurate job cards and communicating technical information between technicians and customers.
* Consultative Sales: Identifying opportunities for service plans and essential maintenance to enhance vehicle safety.
* Professional Administration: Handling invoicing, manufacturer documentation, and proactive follow-up calls.
