We are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join our team, covering Leeds and the Yorkshire region.
About the Role
As a Plasterer (Multi Skilled), you’ll be the friendly face of Morgan Sindall Property Services, carrying out operational duties as an all-round multi-skilled Plasterer, including related works across the full range of repairs services. You will ensure high-quality workmanship and standards of performance. Since you'll interact with customers face-to-face, excellent customer service skills and a positive, proactive approach are essential. You should be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
About You
Ideally, you’ll be highly skilled with relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Plastering. You should be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimal supervision. A good understanding of legislation related to H&S is required.
Experience in social housing, working in tenanted properties, is required, along with the ability to use a handheld MOBILE/PDA.
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
