As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages. The working pattern involves varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training is provided. What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues and work together to support customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
