Job Overview
Provide a comprehensive, effective, and efficient business support and administration service to the Senior Management Team to support the delivery of ELHSCP key performance indicators and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
* Provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support of a consistently high standard to the Management Team, acting as the first point of contact for any enquiries and responding or referring on as appropriate.
* Maintain a number of databases and systems, including training users in their operation.
* May include supervision of staff and associated duties.
* Require a PVG Scheme membership/record; if not current, a successful application to Disclosure Scotland must be completed before starting.
* Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, the role may require a different level of criminal records check. If assessed as a regulated role, appointment will be subject to joining the PVG Scheme; any changes will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager or Recruitment Team.
* As this is a part‑time role, the salary will be pro‑rata.
