Location: Redhill Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm, Friday: 8:30am – 4pm Salary: £27,000 per annum Job Purpose To provide vital administrative support to both the Technical and Ethical Compliance teams, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient processes, and smooth day-to-day operations that support compliance across the business. In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider product development team, focusing on packaging format and material selection, manufacturing feasibility, trialing, and performance testing. You’ll also play a key role in customer interactions—supporting packaging format decisions and helping resolve challenges related to product quality, shelf life, and recyclability. Key Duties Liaising with manufacturing sites (In House & Outsourced), third party storage providers and customers to provide the required information for products to be exported. Managing products on customers’ export platforms to ensure batches can be exported. Liaising with internal Account teams to set up new products for export. Requesting and recording Ethical data from In House and Outsourced suppliers. Using the Sedex platform to gather ethical data for In House and Outsourced suppliers Assisting with other Technical and Ethical data gathering tasks.
