As Credit Control Team Leader, you'll lead a dynamic team across multiple locations, overseeing the full revenue collection cycle for QA Higher Education. You'll manage four distinct sales ledgers tied to key education partners, ensuring efficient cash flow and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing revenue creation and collection across four sales ledgers, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.
2. Delivering insightful financial analytics to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
3. Managing high volumes of communication with internal and external stakeholders, both face-to-face and remotely.
4. Leading and supporting a team of three direct reports, fostering performance and development.
5. Driving debt collection efforts, managing instalment plans, and following up on Student Finance England approvals.
6. Supporting the Credit Manager with operational tasks, including process improvements and workflow optimisation.
Qualifications and skills:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and accounting databases (desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in database management (desirable).
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
